S’obren inscripcions a la sisena edició del concurs!

Aquesta 6a edició, que es celebrarà el proper 31 de maig a l’Antiga Fàbrica d’Estrella Damm (C/ del Rosselló, 515, 08025 Barcelona), espera seguir sent la més multitudinària pel que fa a participació,  i continuar amb la tasca de realçar la tradició gastronòmica i donar el tret de sortida a l’esperada revetlla considerada la nit més curta de l’any.

El concurs, recolzat per la Federació de Gremis de Flequers, el gremi de Pastisseria de Girona i per marques per a professionals com la farinera Fills de Moretó, Ken Foods, Mychef, Borges Professional i Marta Pack, entre d’altres, va obrir inscripcions el 24  d’abril a 5 categories a les que els professionals podran presentar-se (Coca de Fruita i pinyons, de Crema i pinyons, de Llardons, de Xocolata i Creativa).

En cadascuna d’aquestes, es dona un espai per abraçar tant la tradició com la originalitat a parts iguals i hi haurà un guanyador únic al que se li farà entrega del seu premi en un acte obert a tots els participants.

Les peces s’hauran de lliurar a la mateixa Antiga Fàbrica d’Estrella Damm el divendres 31 de maig de 9:00 h a 11:00 h.  La seva valoració, que serà realitzada per un jurat format per forners i pastissers d’excepció, es farà el mateix dia i estaran presents a l’acte de lliurament de premis.

L’organització, l’agència de comunicació gastronòmica Sr y Sra Cake, a fi d’evitar el malbaratament alimentari i donar un us social, entregarà totes les coques presentades en acabar el certamen a una ONG que s’encarregarà de distribuir-les.
